9 of Cups Reversed – The 9 of cups reversed is a card that tells me right now you have brought unhappiness into your life. This is the wish card but it is reversed so you feel that your wish(s) have not happened. You have goals and they are not panning out. The feelings you have are that of self-unhappiness because of emotional lacking.

3. Bright Mirror Image (Bright self – potential I need to use)

8 of Cups Reversed – You are not easily board. In love this is good because you are not the type to pick up a lover and get board and go find another. You often stick to emotional connections, people places and things. You make good bonds.

4. Breaking the Mirror (Obstacle – What do I hang on to that I need to shatter so I can move on?)

Strength – I think this ties into card 2. You can’t control everything you are trying to balance. But also this card often speaks about the physical body. So whatever issues of your body or your perception of beauty are must be broken.

5. Looking in the mirror (How I see myself)

7 of Swords – You are the lone wolf, you see yourself aloof and alone if not independent. This is the thief card in tradition, are you a good liar? Good at sneaking around people or a sticky situation? In the present time you may see yourself ready to move on, taking what you need and leaving the rest behind.

6. Looking out of the mirror (how others see me)

8 of Pentacles reversed – Do people say you’re lazy? Not achieving anything? Perhaps it’s not laziness but no motivation in some field of work at this time. People see you as unaware or not paying attention to the details of life.

7. Mirror, Mirror on The Wall (The Final Piece of Advice)

Page of Cups Reversed- This card speaks loudly for the inability to express emotions. Before communication to people, sort out your feelings first. In relation to love, new relationships must develop in a place where both parties’ feelings are protected; in religion it denotes inability to find a religion that expresses your beliefs. And finely this card tells you to go with your intuition. Don’t fight your gut. Because if you fight your gut your gut will give you heartburn!

I would also like to note that all the cup cards that came up in the reading are reversed, this is significant. This shows blockage in the areas of love, emotions and feeling. Since the cups (Water element) compose 50% of the reading while the other 50% is mixed between Earth, Air, and Spirit. The absence of Fire can indicate a lack of confidence or energy.

"Celebration"

The Theme of Celebration tells me that your life is about having fun and trying to live in the moment. You enjoy time with friends and family. Do you like to dance in the rain? Ok maybe you never did but you would like to try it! Lol Being clean, trim, and proper is not #1 on the list. You can get down and dirty and have fun in the mud (Figuratively).

What I need to learn about love, Love is about sharing. There is no superior person above the other in a relationship. Give what is needed and take what is need as well. Love is about helping the other and not keeping things away from them. I often worry I will not find someone and the 9 of swords reversed tells me to stop worrying, that this is not an issue I should waste my time to worry over. I need to learn love is not about the psychical world but about the spiritual connection of two people.

What I need to learn about life, I need to be less defensive and open myself to opportunities, I have to learn that in life their will be disappointments, that all my plans will not always come back in my favor. I find it interesting that the death card came up because it rings true, I often fear death and worry over issues about death, The death card tells me that life is about loss, death and changes that can't be avoidable. I need to accept change. I need to learn that life ends with death. This card spoke loudly to me and I feel that truth it speaks. I also need to learn that things change so I cannot hold on to them.

What I need to learn about my vocation, I need to learn to be more confident at work. I do feel un-confident at work because I feel that I am unable to perform well without help from my co-workers. The queen of wands and Ace of swords go well together, both tell me be confident and face problems with analytically and with my mind. Be honest and don't lie (Which I don't) I feel though the ace of swords is talking about being ethical and righteous.

I feel this reading was accurate to what I need to learn and change in my life.
